Discover Ryan V

Ryan V is a singer/songwriter and the former lead vocalist of South African pop/rock band, “The Waiting Room.” Ryan currently resides in Cape Town, South Africa. Although he experienced some musical highlights between 2006 and 2008, which included his band being signed to David Gresham Records, touring with Prime Circle and a few successful radio releases, Ryan has spent a long time in the background since then. Fast forward to the 2020’s and Ryan V is writing and releasing new music! His first solo single “Hope” was released in January 2023 and has already hit number 1 on Radio Laeveld. He is also part of “Radio Unplugged,” an acoustic cover duo comprising of himself and good friend Philip Malan. Ryan is a student of The Songwriting Academy based in the UK and offers custom songwriting services.
